Science, technology and innovation are more and more important to our economic well-being and quality of life. At Let's Talk Science, we define science literacy” broadly to add science, technology, anatomist and math (STEM). Science literacy helps us understand and condition our day to day lives. It can help us once we interact with our environment, requesting questions and seeking answers. This question-and-answer process is at the heart of knowing and doing science. It's a way of pondering and knowing about the natural and physical components of the planet we reside in. According to creator Loren Cordain, modern health and diet problems didn't focus on the introduction of packaged treats, but much earlier-back at the dawn of the agricultural era many thousands of years back. As humans became less nomadic and much more dependent on high-carbohydrate diets, we left out the diet we'd improved with, which is based on low-fat protein and lots of fruits & vegetables. Sugars, extra fat, and carbs were unusual, if they were present in any way, and success required a steady, if low-key, degree of activity.Because these food types are so wholesome and filling up, it's almost impossible to overeat. Paleo may look like a food fad, and yet you may argue that it is really just the opposite. Anatomically modern humans have, in the end, been around for about two hundred thousand years. The genus Homo dates back another two million years roughly.
